Meet the Queen Of Pink!

So, you're reading my blog! YAY! But who are you really reading about? Well, my name is Ashley! I am 26 years YOUNG. I am currently a stay at home mom, but I went to college for degrees in Business Administration in Nursing. I have a huge love for reality television and interior design and decor. I am a Christian and I am not the best at "being one" so I am learning as I go. I tend to be a bit of a diva at times (my family reading this will smile just because I finally admitted it .. ha!) I promise that by reading this you will realize I am a REAL person. I read alot of blogs of "perfect" women with the cleanest houses and the most behaved children, but I promise you won't find that here... I'm just a young woman trying to find my place in this big world.

This is my husband, DJ. We have been married for 7 years this monday. Yes, you can do the math and figure out that we married as teenagers - and yes, I was a pregnant bride. You just can't grasp how much I truly love this man though. I may not have been positive back then that we would be together forever, but I can tell you that now! He is my everything. He is a Finance Manager at a local dealership called East Tennessee Dodge and he is the hardest working person I know. He is not home much so when he is, we really value the time. He has my heart and my soul - and I could spend hours telling you how much he means to me, but the thing I love the most about him is that he is the father to the two little men in my life that I love dearly.

This is the other man in my life - my father. His name is Rondel and I grew up living with him as a single dad. It wasn't perfect and it wasn't always pretty, but there was never any lack of love. He is now still single and living in another town, but he lives his life for his grandchildren and he is a big part of our lives. You will hear alot of stories (some good, some bad) about him and our relationship as I go on into the blog.

And here is the main attraction! My two little boys. Colton Blaze Jackson (or just Blaze for us!) is a 6 year old with a sweet demeaner and a really quiet nature. He tends to be a little dramafied (is that a real word? ha!) and can be a bit of a crybaby. He loves his little brother and also the WWE. He also loves my dad, his poppi, a whole lot! He has a special relationship with my grandmother who is dying of multiple myeloma and that just melts my heart. He is a joy to be around and always willing to help. And, then there's Ace (we also call him monkey and bobo!) His full name is Landon Ace Jackson. He just turned 4. He came along and totally turned our family upside down. He is a big ball of energy, very set in his ways, very bossy, funny, charming, and totally the cutest little boy you will ever see. He has these long eyelashes and dimples that tend to help him get away with alot! But, he is a great addition to our family! Hopefully, one day, I will also be telling you about another little addition to our family, but for now, this is my life!
